BoxJoint M16

BoxJoint M16 consisting of 25 mm thick plates in a strong steel alloy. The plates are tightened with M16 bolts and nuts. The typical application for BoxJoint M16 is main frame works with box beams in the range 400x400, 400x200, 200x200, 200x100, 100x100 to 100x50 mm.

BoxJoint M10

BoxJoint M10 consisting of 16 mm plates is a nice combination of rigid joining for medium sized frameworks. The M10 bolts gives better stiffness than the M8 system. The M10 plates are suited from beams 400x200 to beams 50x25.

BoxJoint M8

BoxJoint M8 is the mid size BoxJoint system. It is manufactured from strong steel alloy with plate thickness of 12 mm. Plates are jointed using M8 bolts. The most common application for BoxJoint M8 is to build smaller fixtures or to combine BoxJoint Large with the medium size as an inner frame work. The box beams can range from 200x100 to 25x25 mm.

BoxJoint M5

BoxJoint M5 is the smallest system in the product range. Plates are 8 mm thick and the bolts used are M5. The small size is perfect for attaching clamps and tooling locators to pick up parts during the assembly process. BoxJoint M5 can also be used to build smaller fixtures for prototypes or other smaller sub assemblies. BoxJoint M8 are used for beams in the range 100x100 to 25x25 mm.
